Notes of Blood orange, sweet strawberry, caramel, milk chocolate - This Grade 3 Organic Ethiopian Limmu comes from the Burka Gudina Estate. Ibrahim Hussein is the third generation owner of the Burka Gudina Estate. The estate uses 150 hectares of farmland for coffee production and employs 120 people during the peak season. Growing altitude at Burka Gudina ranges from 1850-2000 masl.

Notes of Dark Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Prune, Walnut - Our Organic Chasqui coffee is a collection of lots from around Peru that, like its namesake, are the best of the best. Coffee cherries were harvested during the June - October harvest. The cherries were machine cleaned and processed. After the coffee was dried it was sorted by color and density to ensure that only the best beans remained.

This is a Fair Trade and Organic certified, Grade 3 natural processed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
